- Return windows vary: depending on the brand and product, return windows can range from as short as 14 days (for example, TruGolf items) to as long as 90 days (e.g. Country Club Elite hitting mats). Please check the brand-specific policy for the exact window.
- Condition requirements: items must be in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Authorization required: you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.
- Return shipping: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
