Return Terms

Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

TruGolf items must be returned in like-new condition with all original packaging.

Open Box Items:

Open Box items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Manufacturer Direct Items:

Some TruGolf products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Additional terms may apply to Manufacturer Direct Items.

Regional Restrictions:

Using TruGolf electronics in countries outside approved shipping regions may result in additional fees due to regional restrictions. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with the manufacturer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Information

Manufacturer Warranty:

TruGolf products include manufacturer warranty coverage.

Warranty Claims:

All warranty claims must be handled directly through TruGolf. Precision Simulators will assist with coordination when needed.

How to Report Issues

If your TruGolf product arrives damaged, defective, or does not conform to your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and relevant details. We will coordinate with TruGolf to determine the appropriate resolution.
