Return Terms

Right of Withdrawal:
Customers have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery for both software and physical products, without providing a reason.

Eligibility:
Returned products must be:
Complete
Unused
In original condition

Defective or Non-Conforming Products:
Defective or non-conforming Trackman products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price and shipping costs.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
Trackman may withhold the refund until:
The returned product is received, or
Proof of return shipment is provided

Warranty Information

Manufacturer Warranty:
Trackman products include manufacturer warranty coverage.

Warranty Claims:
All warranty claims are handled directly through Trackman. Precision Simulators will assist with coordination if needed.

How to Report Issues

If your Trackman product arrives defective or does not conform to your order, contact us promptly with details and supporting documentation. We will coordinate with Trackman to determine the appropriate resolution.
