Return Terms

Return Window: 30 days from purchase

Unopened Products: Returns are accepted on unopened SurfThing products in like-new condition for up to 30 days after purchase.

Opened Products: Once opened, returns are accepted only when the item is defective or not as described.

Order Changes/Cancellations: A 5% restocking fee applies to order changes or cancellations.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty Information

Manufacturer Warranty: SurfThing products include manufacturer warranty coverage.

Warranty Claims: Contact SurfThing support through their official website or email the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us with your order number within 30 days of purchase. We'll provide return authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions.
