Return Terms

Return Window: 30 days from delivery

Condition Requirements: Products must be in like-new condition with all original components, packaging, and accessories.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee if returned in acceptable condition within the 30-day window.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

RMA Required: You must submit a return request and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping anything back.

Warranty Information

Manufacturer Warranty: 1-year limited warranty on GolfJoy products

Warranty Claims: Contact GolfJoy customer service or reach out to us and we'll coordinate with the manufacturer.
