Return Terms

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
Big Moss items must be returned in like-new condition to be eligible for return.

Condition Requirements:
Product must be unused and unaltered
 Must be returned in original condition and packaging

Return Approval:
All returns are subject to approval based on product condition.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty Information

Manufacturer Warranty:
Big Moss products include a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Claims:
All warranty claims are handled directly through Big Moss. Precision Simulators will assist with coordination if needed.

How to Report Damage or Defects

If your Big Moss product arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos of the issue. We will coordinate with Big Moss to determine the appropriate resolution.
